Dynamic menu from scratch 1 Month, 2 Weeks ago Karma: 0
Hi folks,
I've built my own template and successfully created a horizontal menu that holds together and is stable, so I was quite chuffed when I achieved this.
I now want to add submenus, but have discovered that the css and php is just beyond me. I know how to add submenus in administrator and have seen the generated code as a result, by viewing source, but I just don't know how to drive the submenus when hovering the level 1 menus.

Can someone help me get the submenus working? is it something to do with sfhover?

Any help appreciated.

Colin

Well done!

You can use the old suckerfish menu if you want pure CSS dropdown - Google it. It's just about displaying/hiding the second list -not sfhover.
